I don't know why, but that just bugs me a great deal. I guess I just like to take my time washing my hands and not really feel like there is someone waiting around for me to end so they can hand me a paper towel. And then I feel bad if I don't tip, but honestly, doesn't it appear silly to tip someone for handing you a paper towel?
